Our primary technology focus is on global work sharing and the associated business process management to automate project activities and enhance communications. By using our proprietary collaboration tools we can measurably increase productivity, reduce work-sharing inefficiencies, and improve quality. This results in our clients receiving quality services at substantially reduced costs. Key activities include:

		Develop project-specific roles and responsibilities (REAP), workflow rules, and documented quality management practices to maintain control of project performance.
		Provide online management and collaboration on all organizational or project documents, enabling mangers access to the right information at the right time. This process is enabled through our proprietary Electronic Data/Drawing Index (EDI).
		Maintain comprehensive document and action item tracking and audit trails, resulting in increased responsiveness and accountability across the entire project team. Commenting threads, digital signatures, and date-time stamps are electronically associated with each engineering deliverable.
		Focus on Industry standard engineering processes, including RFI Submittals and Change Order Requests, to increase team accountability and speed project completion.
		Enhance online communication tools to accelerate project communication and avoid delays caused by inaccurate information. Remote communications are enabled through a combination of applications including web based net meetings, video conferencing, instant messaging and IP telephony.

As a result of the emphasis on project collaboration and communication, all documents and deliverables are available in electronic format and easily accessible for collaborative design reviews, project status, project approval and quality control. Even typical ‘paper’ inputs, such as, existing site documentation and as-built drawings, are digitally scanned and available on-line for the project team. For complex retrofit projects requiring a high degree of accuracy, 3D models of operating plants are associated into the collaboration tool-kit. Real-time project information is available with a browser-based viewer that eliminates the need for specific local engineering applications. This provides an independent platform for project deliverables that is entirely ‘paper-less’ with complete online availability.
